Our client, located in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Software Test Lead. This Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 5 resources as well as some test execution. The Lead will create Test Approach for BI/RT team and help the CG Integration Test Lead to create the overall Test Strategy for Common Ground. This Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 6 resources between .NET team and Data Management Team as well as some test execution. They will create Test Approach for .NET and Data Management team and help the CG Integration Test Lead to create the overall Test Strategy for Common Ground. The Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 2-4 resources between Community (Infrastructure) team and Mobility Team as well as some test execution. They will create Test Approach for Community (Infrastructure) and Mobility Team and help the CG Integration Test Lead to create the overall Test Strategy for Common Ground. Additional Duties: * Work with Infrastructure, .NET, Mobility, SOA, Business Intelligence/Real Time Application and Data Management Dev team leads to identify test automation opportunity and required skills * Identify and onboard appropriate test automation resources needed for the test automation team * Manage 4-6 members test automation team * Guide team members to deliver re-usable test automation scripts * Provide test automation status (development and execution) to stakeholders Tools: * Test Manager With Coded UI (for .NET) * QTP * Pl/SQL
