Society Consulting is looking for a talented Operations Program Manager to join our Product Development Division. This person will be tasked to scope programs, business requirements, new business models, and expand capabilities and tools requirements during the onboarding of new services. This position is responsible for managing the onboarding of new Programs and Projects to the existing product support services as well as on boarding new services. This position requires a passionate senior Program Manager 3 that will drive and execute the strategy that spans across consumer and commercial products, represent the support business to various leadership teams and influence a world class support experience. This position also requires significant cross-group coordination, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to drive collaborative discussions and decisions with all key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: - Strong Operations, Program and Project Management skills - Be interested in and able to understand business strategy and technology - Have the ability to focus at a detailed level on multiple strategic projects simultaneously - Be comfortable interacting with senior executives This a W-2 salaried role.
