Citrix Specialist/ Admin Cincinnati OH 45202 possible remote work 4- 6 months Citrix Job Responsibilities: Will contribute to the technical aspects (of Citrix) and the development of project deliverables to include system integration, scalability and performance tests. This position will be involved in the architecture, design and implementation of complex system configurations. Analyzing and approving OS patches and hot fixes as well as other OS configurations and updates. Utilize problem solving and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments, being able to logically step through issues and troubleshoot problems by thinking outside of the box and being creative with your solutions. Be flexible in accommodating customer requirements and possess a drive to provide a high level of customer service, which includes working a flexible schedule that can be dictated by enterprise support issues. Work within a team environment, but operate independently in the absence of strict guidance to correct issues and improve the environment. Relate technical issues and requirements to business issues and vice versa and be able to communicate these to non-technical associates and customers. Required to participate within an on-call schedule. The successful candidate will possess experience with Citrix Presentation Server and later versions in a large enterprise Citrix environment as well as GPO deployment, AD integration, and all facets of Citrix deployment, implementation, and maintenance. Problem ownership and management of issues to resolution. Must possess logical and methodical problem solving skills as well as the ability to communicate and justify the resolution process where necessary. Must be willing and able to respond to a fast paced and quickly changing environment and duties Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion.
