Secretary Superstar Wanted - Admin Assistant General Office

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years' experience in a Secretarial role, ideally within the overseas real estate industry (although if you are a superstar secretary that has no real estate experience, we will be happy to review your application) and have knowledge of CRM systems, database management, property purchasing structures and be competent with the Microsoft office package. The candidate must be articulate, in excellent command of the English Language, driven and dynamic. A Secretary is primarily responsible for providing personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information. The Secretary will be responsible for drafting professional correspondence and documents and ensure that the company's office systems are adhered to and are up to date. The ability to write creative advertisements, newsletters, blogs and brochure copy will be a distinct advantage. Sound working knowledge of Social Media Platforms like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, is also an advantage.
