Hi, my name is Kevin. I will be hiring a developer to build me an app, to compete with a competitor. The app will use the iPhone's flashlight entirely. My version, will be simplified and with a few more intuitive tools for the end user. At the same time, it will be branded, to gain recognition and build customer base. I understand developers can have frustrating workloads with some clients. For that case, I will be providing pictures of my vision and the text. The app will be need to be in Spanish & English (Don't worry, I'll do translation, just put the language option somewhere). This project should not be too hard for seasoned or skilled developers.
