Global Mining Organisation Contract International travel I am searching for an experienced QC Inspector with a trades background to work for a global mining organisation to inspect their 3rd party manufacturing facilities in Australia and overseas (Europe and China) on contract. Reporting to the Engineering Projects Manager in Brisbane, you will inspect facilities that fabricate equipment associated with the minerals processing industry. Typical responsibilities will include checking health & safety is adhered to, ensuring care/quality of fabrication is high, staff possess appropriate qualifications, inspection of machines, and provide resolutions to non-conformances. Requirements: A mechanical certificate Practical welding / fabrication experience Inspection qualifications Able to live and work in Australia without needing a sponsored visa Flexibility to travel You don't need to be specifically based in Brisbane for this position however you will need to liaise with the Brisbane office.
