PCI Business Analyst My blue chip client are looking to recruit a PCI Business Analyst to work on a regulatory change programme introducing new systems and processes to the meet the requirements of the Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This will incorporate technical and non-technical process mapping, analysis and redesign of current systems. The job holder supports the Programme Manager in defining the acceptance criteria with end users in establishing changes to operational processes, assessing the impact of the proposed solution and any changes required to integrate the solution. The Senior Business Analyst will help support the definition and development of best practise tools and techniques for the Business Analysis team, and monitor and mentor individual members of the team to ensure compliance. The holder of this role will provide ongoing support for the Team Manager. Candidate Experience • An excellent understanding of systems and business requirements process • Experience of implementing PCI DSS within Tier1 Merchant • Mapping of Business processes to PCI DSS • Exposure to DLP, Business Continuity, Audit Remediation and ISO27001 would be beneficial • Experience of writing business cases and conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis • Proven track record of implementing 'fit for purpose' requirements engineering processes using accepted industry standards, tools and methodologies • Exemplary skills in capturing and communicating requirements at all levels • Proven Requirements Management skills • Experienced in using Visio or other modelling/CASE tools • Proven expertise of analysing data and drawing conclusions from the analysis • Strong Data Modelling skills • Proven experience of formal Problem-Solving tools and techniques • Proven expertise in mapping, defining and analysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvements • Proven experience of business process/workflow design • Experience of change management within an organisation - in particular, the "people" and "systems" dimensions • Experience of eCommerce / highly complex web applications with a large degree of user interaction is desirable • Experience of the Betting industry across Retail, online Sport and Gaming sectors would be advantage • A proven desire to learn about new technologies, techniques and processes, with an appreciation for their relevance in a business/commercial context • Proven expertise in defining and implementing 'fit for purpose' Business Analysis tools and techniques • Proven experience of coaching and mentoring other Business Analysts • Proven experience of successfully challenging the stated Business Requirements and/or Objectives in order to deliver a better than expected solution • Ability to understand complex business models and appreciate the business vision • Strong UML skills and the ability to mentor others in its use
