French and Spanish Teacher required for September 2012 (0.4) PPA Education is looking to recruit an experienced French and Spanish teacher for a school in the London Borough of Hackney. This position will start in September 2012 and will be offered on a part-time basis (0.4) only. The role is initially for 1 term, however the role is likely to far exceed this for the right candidate. This position is only suitable for a teacher trained in MFL (French and Spanish) who is able and experienced to teach both subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Unfortunately, the school is unable to offer this position to NQT teachers at this time. About the school This is a new school opening in September 2012 with an initial intake of Year 10 students only. The school offers an 'alternative' environment for 14-19 year olds to study in. There is a curriculum of professional and technical study alongside GCSE-level qualifications in English, maths, science, IT, languages and humanities subjects. The school also offers specialist subjects such as Digital Media and Health/Medical studies to meet with employment needs of the local area.
