This position is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. - Monthly Volume forecasting and reporting of all Fleet Channels with specific analysis on True Fleet sub channels - Creation of regular monthly reporting for key stakeholders within Fleet Department and also other colleagues within Brand (Planning, Product Marketing etc) - Order Entry tracking on all Fleet channels at a model level where required. - Daily MVRIS market performance reporting - Monthly MVRIS market and competition reporting - Monthly Fleet volume reporting to factory colleagues - DTI reporting for the brand - Seasonalisation of Fleet Marketing channels along with Volkswagen Fleet channel seasonalistion - Provision of supporting data for Factory support claims - Competitor performance analysis - volumes and market share - Supporting the MMI processes in February, May and September - Fulfilling ad-hoc report requests from key stakeholders - Creation and maintenance of relevant reports from Atomium / BI for a NVS perspective Essential skills - Able to work on own initiative and be a team player - Energy and motivation - Able to work under pressure and respond to tight deadlines - Ability to work on concurrent projects - Possession of a strong customer focus - Assertive, articulate and business orientated - Flexible and adaptable to change
