2nd Line Lotus Notes / Windows Support Analyst We are urgently seeking a proven 2nd Line Support Analyst with strong / recent Lotus Notes and Windows Server experience. The position is for 6 months initially based in Warwickshire. Role: �Provide 2nd Line support for both Lotus Notes and Windows Server applications. �Ensure all service failures are reported, logged, actioned and escalated as appropriate �Provide cover to other colleagues as and when needed �24/7 shift pattern (night and days) Key Skills: �Lotus Notes �Windows Server applications
