I already have an operational site, but would like to make it better. I am looking for something like Revver, metacafe, or youtube but doesn't have to be as sophisticated. The main page will have featured videos, most viewed, newly uploaded. Another section is the members section, where members can sign up and create a profile where others can add them as friends, send private messages, post messages, or subscribe to their channel. The video gallery section will display all channels with subsections. Each video should be displayed in its own page with related videos on the side, codes to embedd the flash player elsewhere, a comment section below the video, and an ability to rate the video from 1 to 5. The ratings can only be rated one time per each unique visitor.It should also display the number of times the video was watched. The main dashboard should be easy to manage similar to Webs.com which is what we are currently using. In addition, there will be a forum section, and an about us section.
