• Responding to new email and phone leads. • Intelligent price quoting for our products and services with a view to maximize margins • Scheduling new orders on our ERP software and giving order status updates thereafter • Dealing with general customer relationship management and problem case resolution • Some element of active sales, generating new business with warm calling The successful candidate is likely to: • Be a graduate looking for a challenging role wishing to develop a career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial company • Have previous experience in sales (experience in the technology and /or promotional markets an advantage), or will train the right person • Show good numerical proficiency • Possess skills to communicate professionally, confidentially, and effectively • Be fluent in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software • Thrive in a fast paced environment with an ability to learn quickly
