Budget: $1,000 to $2,500 Hello Freelancers, I'm currently an undergraduate student at a CUNY (City Universities of New York) College and I wanted to start a non-profit exchange board. So you might ask, what is this? Currently, all of the CUNY colleges have these Facebook groups where peoples an post books what they're selling, ask about professors, etc., and what I wanted to do is make a central source for all of this information. How it will work, is that a user can choose to sign up with an account manually or connect through Facebook, and after they sign up, they will have a "splash page," where they will select their college, then a whole "market and scission board" will display suited for that specific college.
