Brief Job Description: Candidate will be responsible to lead and manage our offshore based Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) reporting into the Operations Director. This position is based in NJ and may require shift work (Shifts 1 and 2 only). The candidate is responsible to oversee all technology monitoring, provide incident management leadership for all incidents impacting multiple users.
