Client is implementing PSFT Compensation alongside Workscape (not mandatory) and needs a strong PSFT Compensation Lead to run design sessions and then run the implementatioin track for PSFT Compensation. Provides leadership and perform as a PeopleSoft Functional and Subject Matter Expert. Create a charter for optimal project execution of integration of vendor compensation solutions mapped to PeopleSoft HRMS. Technical Skill/Qualifications: Superior expertise in PeopleSoft HR 9.X data modeling Compensation Tools (Workscape preferred but not mandatory) Data Integration and Modeling tools. Strong experience in PeolpeSoft Compensation 9.1 MUST be familiar with Workscape and how it integrates with PSFT Compensation. Experience leading a similar project required. Must be able to lead workshops, true "consultant" focused on the compensation business processes and able to give recs on how to set up comp platform. Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong client-facing and client-management skills.
