SalesForce.com Developer, Financial Client
Need a SaleForce.com developer to develop a variety of CRM initiatives for an investment firm Person should be able to grasp the current enterprise solution and how it will be part of an integrated solution. The candidate must be able to vet out enhancements and new product ideas with internal business partners and expand the depth/breadth of Salesforce CRM platform. Consultant will help develop a product roadmap, as well as a high-level understanding of the technology infrastructure. The developer will translate customer's high-level requirements into technical specs for the IT organization and manages changes to these specs. While vetting out product ideas with the CRM team, the candidate will be expected to engage appropriate technology partners to consult and ensure that new product ideas are consistent with both the product roadmap and the technology infrastructure. This position has business interaction and responsibilities that include: Providing insight into Salesforce product usage, functionality and capabilities. Estimating systems costs and ROI. Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency & automate activities wherever possible Qualifications: Experience with the following: Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Administrator Preferred consulting background implementing / optimizing Salesforce across multiple organizations Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs, SQL, RDBMS experience preferred Strong system development lifecycle experience Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net) Data migration and ETL tools such as Informatica Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, SOAP, AJAX Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills Financial Services / Retail Brokerage, Call Center experience is a plus Experience with Pyxis Mobile platform is a plus Preferred skills: INVESTMENTS.
