Job title: Senior/Lead SAP Analyst-MM/PP Location: Greensboro, NC Job Type: Full Time Chosen candidate will lead the review, analysis, and modifications of the design and function of an SAP business system; configures and maintains new and existing functionality in the SAP modules, MM/PP, WM, PM, QM and APO. Candidate will estimate the level of effort on enhancement requests and meets with the business to prioritize the requests; follow system development life cycle (SDLC) methodology. Will work with the business community to provide system support; tests, documents, and conducts end user training regarding SAP enhancements. Responsibilities: • Work directly with the business to understand prioritize business requirements and gather user and functional requirements • Work with identified subject matter experts to develop solid understanding of SAP processes and provide training • Prepares program specifications and diagrams • Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and resolution • Communicates clearly both written and verbally • Promote best practices and project management competency and ensure SDLC practices are followed • Acts as a primary input for subsequent build activities and is sought out as a subject matter expert. • Schedule and lead meetings • Train junior level personnel • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures • Work with minimum supervision, maybe assisted by SAP Analyst Requirements: • BS degree in computer related field or equivalent experience is required • 6+ years of SAP Configuration experience including SAP System design and analysis • Experience in Manufacturing a plus • MM/PP, WM, PM and APO • 3-5 years of business analysis and process design • Experience in a lead SAP role driving project work • Relational database design and client server concepts • Strong working knowledge of personal computers including Windows XP and MS Office, Word Excel and Access.
