Client is looking for a Sr. Store Ops Project Manager to come in on a 6 month contract with potential for extension in Deerfield, IL. There is a pipeline of projects within the Pharmacy Health & Wellness PMO that needs support and this individual will be joining the PMO to help manage them. He/she could potentially be responsible for upwards of 4 projects/workstreams. An ideal candidate will have some experience with rollouts or launches of some kind within stores. Skills required: 7+ years of Hands-on Project Management, leading large scale initiatives Experience with Store Operations in a retail environment required Any healthcare or pharmacy experience is a huge bonus PMP Certification required Ability to interface with all levels of a business, incl. executive management Experience working with both mature and newly-formed PMOs Experience working in a matrixed environment Experience having been hands-on (ie creating project plans, document charters, etc) Experience handling budgets in excess of $1M Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to navigate through a large enterprise environment Experience with MS Project
