1. Experience working on customer support type of roles providing IT support such as Software Installation, password reset, replacing hardware, etc.; 2. Experience in working with Microsoft Windows server 2003 and Microsoft Windows server 2008 Operating system; 3. Experience in documentation and creating Frequently asked Questions, Troubleshooting guide, Production Guide, etc.; 4. Understanding of Medical Dictation and Transcription domain. Experience using any dictation system such as Crescendo or similar; 5. Experience working with Microsoft Terminal Services; and 6. Experience with Communicator, WebEx, Remote Desktop, or familiarity with troubleshooting using remote log in. Desirable Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communications skills; Experience with any dictation system (i.e., Crescendo, or similar); Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory; Experience working with Virtual Machine (VM) technology; Experience working with Microsoft SQL Database 2007 and SQL Clustering; Experience using Communicator, Web Ex, Remote Desktop or familiar some kind of Remote log in application to troubleshoot issues; and/or Familiar with Digital Signature or Electronic Signature on Reports.
