Ibiza Rocks Group is one of the UK's fastest growing and most popular youth lifestyle brands encompassing live music festivals and gigs, hotels, bars, restaurants and fashion. This summer IRG will put on 64 music events in Ibiza and Mallorca and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic designer/artworker to work within our Marketing team, based in the London office. The design work will be a mixture of known and scheduled requirements across the season many of which will be created from assets and templates created by our design agency eg promotional posters, t-shirts, flyers etc. There will also be adhoc requests which will vary in format. A detailed knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and QuarkExpress is essential together with a good understanding of the various considerations when creating materials which communicate a strong brand. The designer will work closely with the design agency who created the brand identity, and will be required to adhere to brand guidelines and style. This role would suit a Design graduate and someone with experience in working with brand guidelines. Essential for the position: • Working on a Mac and running the latest versions of Indesign / Photoshop / Illustrator & QuarkXPress and fluent in each • Skilled in providing artwork across a range of formats from large scale branding to small one off products • Strong organisational and time management skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work on a number of concurrent projects, prioritise and work to deadlines Desirable: • Previous experience of working in events/music marketing • Passion for live music and knowledge of the current landscape Salary: £1500 – £1650 per month dependent on experience Term: Short term contract immediate start until mid September Hours: Full time - office hours are Monday to Friday 10 – 6 To apply send your CV, examples of your work and a covering email outlining what you could bring to the Rocks family.
