I want to create a twitter train site that will follow the twitter tos The features i need We need to have a free and vip user status,free users must follow 20 users to be on the train in rotation to be followed by others. The vip is a option they can purchase so they will not have to follow other users,and they will be featured on the top spot of the site for a time we decide like 3 day 7 day 2 weeks ect. We need a referal system that the free users can share their link to gain free vip for 3 days.
