A financial organisation based in the city are looking for multiple candidates to assist with putting contracts in place for different delivery programmes and attaining consents for existing supplier services. The successful applicants will need contracts and sourcing experience in the either of the following areas: Cards and merchant services Debt recovery agencies Market data Cash and ATMs HR Logistics and mail Insurance The successful candidates will be required to: Review the current contractual terms for each supplier in scope for each project. With support from legal, develop new contracts including the relevant terms of the Bank’s contracts and any commercial terms previously agreed with each supplier Negotiate with the Suppliers to finalise the Agreements Deliver any required project reporting Manage key stakeholders in Group Sourcing and the business and provide them progress updates Follow the sourcing governance and any other applicable policies Take the final agreements through to signature and secure storage and load the required pdf files and records into the contract database. Successful candidates will be experienced sourcing professionals with: Relevant category management experience Good communication skills, written and verbal and experience of senior stakeholder management; Experience working within large projects and to tight timelines; Very strong negotiation skills; Experience drafting commercial contracts for large organisations (financial services experience preferred) and co-ordinating with relevant compliance, risk, business and legal stakeholders.
