Position Title: Formulation / Optimization Support Analyst Job Description/Responsibilities: Opportunity for a strong Formulation / Optimization Support Analyst with two to three years of experience using and/or supporting Format IntegraMix software. The chosen candidate will be a primary point of contact for end users, perform application configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Candidate will work closely with local IS Applications groups, factory personnel, international end-users, purchasing users, IT systems groups, and others, in order to maintain a world class center of excellence of recipe management and formula optimization. Responsibilities include Provide technical and business level support for the Format Optimization software. Maintain ongoing contract and communications with Application group users and factories around the world. Test new application releases and functionality. Configure, setup, and test all Format environments (QA, Pre-Production, Production). Handle a variety of technical aspects of the Format software. Analyze and evaluate new requires for system functionalities and enhancements. Create test cases and use case scenarios for future testing cycles. Provide insight into formulation challenges and provide alternative solutions to production and optimization issues, within the scope of the application. be able to provide occasional off hour, on-call support for these systems.
