This individual must have excellent communication skills and be able to build a complete solution from design documents that will be provided. Candidate must be able to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience and Skills: * 3+ Year*s Experience creating reports using SSRS, with recent experience in SSRS 2008 * Extensive experience writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for Microsoft SQLServer 2008 * Experience in optimizing report performance through database and query analysis in SQL Server 2008 * Experience working in a team environment, with strong written and oral communication skills. * Experience working with business stakeholders to help clarify requirements and design solutions to business needs. * Strong understanding of application security, optimization and best practices. * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
