I will need to have a 10-15 phone call to discuss this assignment and answer any questions upon acceptance. Assignment starts at 9am on 6/21/12 and must be completed (i.e. all photographs emailed) by Thursday, 6/21/12 by 2pm EST. Photos must be emailed after each site visit with a 5 minute call to discuss. Total compensation is $200. The locations/requirements are: Willmington-requires interior inspection (approximately 30 min) and 10 jpg exterior photographs of front, sides, and street view of the subject property in addition to 10 interior photos of each room/area of the property. Compensation $75.00 for this exterior/interior assignment. Millsboro, Ocean View, Symrna, Millford and Bridgeville require no interior inspection, only 10 jpg exterior photographs of front, sides, and street view of the subject property. Approximate time is 10 minutes for site. Compensation $25.00 per property, or $125 for all five exterior assignments.
