EGi is the award winning internet site for the property industry from the Estates Gazette Group. The data team researches UK-wide commercial building information. This data is critical to our customers, and as such the role requires considerable dedication and drive. We are now actively seeking Data Assistants to join a team of Researchers (based in London and Manchester) on a 6 month contract. This vacancy is located in the London office. The role incorporates a significant amount of data entry. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for entering high volumes of information onto database with strict targets - Data entry and data updates on EGi database converting researched and market supplied data for EGi subscribers' use. There will be specified targets for both quality and the volume of data updates. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: - Computer literacy and data-entry skills - Ability to work well on own initiative and able to remain focussed in a busy office environment. - Good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines. - A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarize information quickly and accurately. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Experience of previous data entry roles is strongly recommended.
