Billing Coordinator, £13-15ph, Central London
A fast growing media company based in Central London is urgently looking for a Billings Coordinator to start on a temporary basis. Main duties include: *Poduces and updates billing process and procedure documentation, as required. *Responsible for ensuring that Invoicing is accurate and billed on time. *Identify any issues and address the correct areas within the business to implement better processes. *Analysis of weekly, monthly and yearly billing reports *Assisting with yearend business process including contract negotiation to supply of business to ensure billing output is taken into consideration at all levels. *Manage the activities of Junior Billing Specialists to ensure that *invoicing is correct and accurate at all times *Assist with supervisory duties such as day-to-day work direction of less experienced staff, creation and maintenance of schedules. Ideal candidates will have previous experience within a billings department; have excellent Excel skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with a fantastic eye for detail.
