• Support, install, and maintain backup servers and related backup software. • Coordinate with vendors repair outages. • Ensure proper patch levels on backup server hardware and software. • Monitor backups for failures and performance problems. • Assist in maintaining technical architecture documentation for backup infrastructure. • Coordinate with business owners to complete Backup requirements. • Manage and coordinate sending tapes to offsite tape storage vendor.
