Job Description: The Corporate Information Technology (CIT) group encompasses enterprise technology that empowers client. staff to perform core business functions needed to support ongoing management of client operations. CIT Systems are primarily focused on cost reduction and improvements to operational efficiency, but systems in this domain are foundational to incremental revenue growth via the global billing system and shared platform solutions that are used to deliver products and services to clients. The CIT Program Management Office (PMO) team focuses on ERP solutions, including Finance, HR and other related systems that may be integrated with core Oracle applications. Qualifications: Extensive experience in project management of CRM projects. Experience in implementing packaged software solutions (Hosted and SaaS) is highly desired. Technical experience supporting or managing CRM technologies including Siebel and Oracle OBIEE products is a plus. Experience in utilizing financial tools and strong acumen in managing complex project financials Undergraduate degree with concentration in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is required (equivalent work experience will be considered). PMP certification is required. Financial services and card payments industry experience is a plus. Five to ten years of proven experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects. Demonstrated ability to manage large projects (over $1-5M) and prioritize activities appropriately. Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices. Proven experience with project management for multiple, large-scale projects under a well-defined project management methodology. Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and roles. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex organization where the ability to discover and internalize diverse stakeholder goals is critical to brokering solutions that are in the best interest of Client as a whole. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed to support Corporate System's strategic goals. Independent judgment and mature decision making skills to deal with projects that often have enterprise-wide scope and may have significant financial and compliance implications and impact. Solid analytical and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically. Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed. Well honed influencing skills; ability to negotiate and gain consensus between organizations where competing priorities exist. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Responsibilities: Responsible for the project management of major projects focused on CRM program. Provide leadership and oversight to a highly matrixed team comprised of IT and Business team members. Provide project teams with expertise, direction, motivation, and encouragement. Be responsible for all aspects of project management from project initiation through project completion, production integration and service activation. Define and direct resource plans, budget tracking and forecasting. Manage projects to achieve target scope, schedule and cost. Identify and manage dependencies and impacts among projects across the portfolio. Manage issues escalated from related projects. Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create estimates, develop budgets and project plans, and produce Statements of Work and other documentation needed for funding approvals. Direct project activities, conduct reviews, manage risk mitigation and change control processes, and communicate status to senior executives within the development and business partner organizations. Demonstrate and leverage strong business and financial acumen. Manage through influence, but without direct management authority. Use capabilities to influence customers and stakeholders, and properly manage divergent expectations. Nice to Have Skills: Financial services and card payments industry experience
