Online Lead Generation Assistant
Start Date: June 13, 2012 End Date: June 13, 2013 Hours of Work: 37.5/week Job Description: Summary/Purpose of Position Our Lead Generation Operations Assistants are asked primarily to participate in the day-to-day operations required to support our lead generation activities. This includes daily management and oversight of lead generation campaigns, creation and maintenance of marketing landing pages, and lead distribution management. Lead distribution management includes ensuring that all leads are distributed correctly with proper qualification measures and handling of any errors that may arise. They keep record of bad leads found and any errors that may occur in distribution. They also participate in testing of new lead generation implementations and research/report upon new lead generation opportunities. They are asked to use seven applications on a regular basis ? the lead manager, campaign manager, client system, Excel, Access, Word, and Lotus Notes Email. Duties And Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of lead generation activities. Oversight of Internet leads that pass through our lead distribution system. Maintain records of bad leads and failed distribution of leads. Resubmit leads when necessary. Research and report upon lead generation vendors and opportunities. Creation and maintenance of marketing landing pages and tracking assets for these pages. Call verification and qualification of certain leads. Testing new lead generation implementations. Daily management of certain lead generation campaigns. Work with Analytics team to report upon campaign results. Execute lead generation campaigns in support of company's business areas. Knowledge And Skills Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point. Good verbal and written communication skills. Regular use and general understanding of the Internet. Experience with Omniture (SiteCatalyst) or equivalent Web analytics program, a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML. CSS, a plus. Bid Management Platforms. Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of marketing. Research and analysis skills Scope Accountability Limited on a project basis. Must be able to handle data and information in a discreet and judicious manner. Communications/Contact This job requires contact and interaction with Corporate Communication team members, third-party vendors, departments throughout the enterprise, and prospect leads.
