Job Summary * Technical Training Specialist (4-6 people required) with a very strong technical training background, preferably in the utility market. Must be highly capable to review technical content and provide training on an escalated level to sales representatives marketing small business and residential customers for sales of electrical power. IPad knowledge is a must. Candidate must be very articulate and comfortable to provide instructional training in a professional group environment to be held at mobile facilities. Must be available to work a five (5) day work week with travel involved in the Ohio, Illinois, and Pennsylvania territories. Must be available to start immediately (End of June - Early July). Aggressive training scheduled to complete by mid to late August. Expenses paid at 100% Main Duties & Responsibilities 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience. If non-degreed, then 4-7 years in a power plant setting preferred. The minimum years of experience may be reduced for a candidate who has previously and continuously demonstrated highly effective performance. Strong written (technical) and verbal skills with the ability to work effectively with plant personnel and governmental agencies Demonstrate a questioning attitude to continue to learn, produce results, and strengthen existing relationships Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word. SAP a plus In-depth understanding of applicable products and/or services and of customer needs and expectations Demonstrate sound technical judgment; Ability to apply technical skills to solve practical problems Ability to develop effective working relationships with workers at all levels of Corp.
