In this role, you will not only be the Subject Matter Expert but you will also be hands-on setting up financial modules in a multi-org, multi-currency and multi-set-of-books environment. Additionally, we are looking for you to have a solid hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and XML Publisher. Great soft skills are a must (verbal/written skills, professional can-do attitude, analytical/problem solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally). Requirements: Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in an Oracle ERP systems development position. Experience with Implementing Oracle R12 Financials modules GL, AP, AR, FA, PO and Cash Management modules, with functional and technical knowledge. Hands on experience with setting up GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management in Multi Org, Multi Set of Books, Multi currency environment. Clear understanding of SLA (Sub ledger Accounting) is a must. Hands on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms and XML Publisher is must. Experience with conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot), UAT (User Acceptance Testing) including issue tracking is must. Experience with user training is must. Desirable Multiple implementations, Excellent written and verbal skills required to effectively document and communicate requirements. Experience with Tax setup. Experience with Oracle Work Flow and Oracle Alerts. Experience with OA framework, business events and J-developer. Analytical and problem solving skills, particularly resolving issues related to application design and development. Demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functionally with internal technical resources.
