I need somebody who can convert a PSD design into a fully functional vBulletin cross browser tested in the most popular browsers. It is vital that the theme looks 100% professional, and must be professionally sliced for optimal loading times. The PSD was originally developed for a phpBB3 theme, so a few slight alterations may need to be made here and there, but the layouts are pretty similar so nothing dramatic. On a really serious note please only bid if you feel you can get the professional look we are after, spacing & everything must be the same as the PSD.
