Account Manager - Have you ever wanted to work for a prestigious private jet company promoting a new, exciting and aspirational brand to existing high net worth individuals and affiliated luxury services providers across Europe, if so read on Account Manager Responsibilities: *Produce and implement a Member Services strategy. *To call new members and take them through a prescribed verification process and update them on new benefits which are on offer *To call existing members on a regular basis and find out when travelling next a obtain requests for quotes *Completing user profiles and build on the current CRM process in place *Recruit manage and train new member services staff as the company grows Account Manager Skills & Experience: *An experienced Account Manager with strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding relationship builder able and confident in dealing with High Net Worth clients. *Must have a probing mind and be engaging. You must be interested in researching clients as they will be responsible in defining and completing member profiles *A confident, Self-motivated, hands on candidate is required who would be excited by the prospect of a demanding ‘start up’ environment that at times will really stretch their abilities. *Previous experience of handling a members service product is an advantage along with the experience to create & manage a team. *Fluency in German is advantageous, as will other European languages. Account Manager Additional Information: *Initially a three month contract leading to a possible permanent position. *The basic salary is initially up to £35k basic and when the job goes permanent the salary package will be reviewed *Working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm *Fluency in German is advantageous, as with other European languages.
