I need a ruby on rails developer to develop a very simple web site for a small courier company, we are talking about 8 simple pages inside the web site of this company. The first part, the web site will show data from MS SQL (from a store procedure that already exists), the web page will show simple tables on which items you can click to access full details. Full details includes reports that should be generated on the fly with links to scanned files, the links and the data for the reports are provided from the store procedure, the 4 reports similar to an invoice). The second part of the page should allow the user to input basic data for new cargos including a graphical way to select the size of the boxes and the amount of boxes, after finishing it should generate labels for each box with a barcode (code128). Others: user authentication against a users table is needed, the programing should be well documented, with comments and so on. I would love a web site with a style like jumpline.com, of course it will have much less pages and much less items.
