6+ month contract Duties: As a member of the Analysis & Design Team, the BA will play a key role in product development using Agile Methodology. The main purpose of this role is to collaborate with other functional representatives on an Agile Delivery team to build products that satisfy strategic objectives and business needs, are consistent with technical architecture and meet user needs. The business analyst will lead product design discovery on projects, engage with the Product owner and user/user proxies to slice requirements for value and work collaboratively with the delivery team to build solutions. Qualifications: Business Analyst must have a working knowledge of agile principles and scrum methodology and must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. The candidate must have the ability to partner effectively with business and technology to come up with simple designs for product functionality offered via a GUI and messaging interfaces. The candidate must have the ability to partner, lead, influence and make design decisions in a team environment. The Business Analyst will develop a deep knowledge of internal product set, both from a functional and architectural perspective and will provide subject-matter-expertise to others in the organization.
