Mobile Architect Harrisburg, PA The selected candidate in this position serves as a Mobile Architect on the Shared Services team for current and future mobile projects in the IT Portfolio. Focus areas will be Roadway Surveys, Bureau of Public Transit Audits, or Driver Licensing Exams. The Mobile Architect will serve as the primary technical architect for the projects. The Mobile Architect will also be a key participant in project planning and in the creation and review of technical deliverables. The Mobile Architect will guide and mentor the technical team in all phases of the SDLC, including requirement validation, detail design, development, and implementation. **Candidates should have Enterprise Level experience performing Architecture & hands on Development with iOS and Android Mobile technologies.** Resource must work onsite - standard 5 day work week Specific Duties: 1. Serve as the lead architect and designer of Mobile Applications primarily targeting the IOS and/or Android Operating Systems. 2. Meet with end users and technical staff of all types to gather business and system requirements 3. Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements 4. Participate in efforts to create Ball Park Estimates.
