The purpose of the project is to move International Assembly and Test operations to an Asian legal entity. In doing so, it is important that retain one face to its customers and continue to be easy for customers to do business. The goal is also to address current system challenges with are expected to be aggravated by the deployment to the model. The desired end state will incorporate these objectives: • The Oregon Plant will be modeled as the supplier to the back-end process. • The project will segregate Fab and back-end wherever feasible • Transparency and visibility of inventory will be improved throughout the supply chain • The End state must accommodate future flexibility options SCOPE: TASKS/DELIVERABLES FOUNDATIONAL ELEMENTS: • Requirements of the International Customers will be fulfilled by Asian Legal Entity • Requirements of US customer will be fulfilled by US Legal Entity The list of activities to be blueprinted includes, but is not limited to: Configuration & Organization Structure: Establish new Asian plants .Establish inter-company buy-sell relationship with transfer pricing between US and Asia . Establish a new distribution center (IC) for inter-company . Establish new shipping points and appropriate route with lead times . Establish all necessary stock transport and inter-company stock transport configurations . Establish necessary intra-company stock transport configurations . Establish inter-company pricing on purchasing and on sales processing . Establish inter-company Customer invoicing and automated Accounts Payable Invoice . Establish process of standard cost across company code . Establish inter-company payable and receivable process .
