We need: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Solid comprehension of LAN and WAN networking concepts, with previous technical call center experience. -Ability to work with a variety of complex systems and tools in a high pressure environment. Our agents support 7 different platforms of voice customers...each have different configurations and systems, etc. We help administer and support all aspects of their voice service. We deal with customers whose mission critical business operations are down...we need to understand the issues with empathy, set reasonable expectations and and work with the customer to guide issues to optimal resolutions.
