Job Overview: - Creative, entrepreneurial types with even limited exposure to mobile development platforms are considered. - Those with User Experience and/or User Interface web development experience do very well here (such as Flash ActionScript Developers), as do language agnostic software developers who excel at providing solutions via various new and older, but stable technologies. - The team is new, so you'll feel everyone has some room for improvement. Job Responsibilities: - Using a mobile apps wrapper framework, you'll gather requirements, define technical specs, develop, test and implement for Google Android and Apple iOS iPhone mobile applications. - Build new, highly-intuitive mobile interfaces that will improve the ser experience. - Create APIs to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, middle-layer and database table connectivity. - Utilize open source development tools to provide cost effective solutions. - Practice agile srum methodology - participate in software development / testing sprints. Job Qualifications: - Solid experience with any of the following: Java or J2EE, Android SDK with Java (Google App Engine), Flash ActionScript, HTML, Objective C for iOS, or HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0. - One to ten years of experience with two of the following software technologies: - Eclipse IDE or similar integrated development environment. - JavaScript (API development, possibly into Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, or Twitter). - Web services background. - SVN Tools. - Some exposure to either Java with Spring MVC or C/C++. - Database connectivity experience. - User interface experience. - Experience building APIs.
