Our client is looking for Business Objects Data Analysts who posses rich and in depth healthcare data domain expertise in: Membership, Benefits, Claims, Provider, Pricing, Billing, and Products. Resource must have strong Health Care Claims/Benefits/Enrollment experience. Candidates without Healthcare Claims WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Required Skills: Extremely Strong Healthcare Background - Previous Blue Cross Blue Shield experience is always a plus Strong Familiarity/Knowledge with Membership and Benefits Systems, Operational Processes and Data / Information surrounding Identity, Demographics, Groups / Accounts; Products / Plans, Billing, Enrollment and Benefits. Strong Data Analysis Background COGNOS or SAS Reporting Strong Background in Enterprise Data Modeling Background in Application Architecture Migration and Roadmaps Excellent Analytical Background that can assess Data and Information Gaps and recommend remediation strategies Top-level Documentation Skills Must Have Excellent Communication Skills
