Our client located in Herndon, VA is in need of a Senior VMware vCloud Orchestrator Consultant for a 2 ½ month project. The consultant will be the vCloud Orchestrator Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a small team that is focused on VMware vSM and vCO integration, and vSM portal development in a highly customized environment for a large Government Agency. Required Skills: United States Citizen is required 5 – 10 years’ experience implementing and administrating VMware solutions 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing consulting role Solid VMware vCloud Orchestrator experience is required including: Scripting to automate vCloud Orchestrator functions Prior experience implementing: VMware Service Manager (vSM) VMware vCenter Operations Manager (vCO) vSM portal development Prior experience working in a fast changing and highly customized environment. Prior experience creating solutions from inception to production, (full lifecycle) Solid communications skills both written and oral Nice to Have: · Active Secret or higher DoD Clearance is a major plus · VMware VCP certification is a major plus and is preferred · Prior experience working on Federal Government projects is a plus
