Help Desk / Exchange Administrator
Kforce is looking for an experienced Helpdesk / Exchange Administrator to fill a 9 month contract opening in San Francisco, California. Receive tickets from Level 1 and 2 Help Desks and work each one through to resolution in a day or two; interfacing with server administration teams as necessary. The successful Administrator applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Provide expert-level Microsoft Exchange and Outlook administration in a complex corporate environment Must be a self-starter and senior expert in Exchange Account Administration (this is an absolute requirement) The specific skills required are in-depth knowledge of Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 account administration, Windows 7 desktop administration, Active Directory Users, and Computers Substantial experience with Lync, BlackBerry Enterprise Server v5, and the Remedy Trouble Ticketing System is desired Tickets are resolved via telephone and e-mail with a diverse set of users; so patience and proven customer service skills are required iPhone administration experience is a plus
