Infrastructure Project Manager
The eBusiness Application Infrastructure & Operations organization is responsible for implementing and supporting the blueprint for highly available, scalable and supportable applications to service business needs. The Project Manager will lead individual infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and close-out. Responsibilities: Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines Ensure project is completed in accordance with all technology risk, architecture and other relevant enterprise-wide guidelines and assist with coordinating all Infrastructure Technology resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects Manage infrastructure projects of moderate to large complexity under the guidance of program manager Perform detailed infrastructure project planning and execute according to plans Create baseline budget and schedules based upon approved requirements, cost estimates and prioritization Responsible for accurate time and budget reporting and management Manage the approved budget through the use of financial tools to ensure accuracy between Finance and project(s) Lead matrixed teams (including vendors) to deliver quantifiable results Perform overall project management issue tracking and risk management including risk analysis and mitigation Coordinate with AIO program managers to identify cross-program dependencies and leverage resources appropriately Ensure team creates and maintains appropriate project and program artifacts Prepare and communicate accurate project status to stakeholders Successfully communicate across a variety of audiences, including business people, technologists and vendors Basic Qualifications: Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Infrastructure experience is required PMI PMP Certification required Work experience managing infrastructure projects, data center build outs including procurement, asset management, vendor and financial management Bachelor's degree Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 5-10 years of related work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Proficient in RPM for time reporting, scheduling, and project management Possess organizational proficiencies to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision. Strong problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent business presentation skills Excellent analytical skills Highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. Ability to work with ambiguity Preferred Qualifications: Prefer HealthCare and Information Technology experience and knowledge ITIL v3 Certification
