Programme Administrator
International charity need an Interim Programme Assistant on a fixed term contract to start ASAP. Administrative and programmatic support: - Provide administration support to the Director and Program Officers - Perform clerical duties, including: responding to incoming calls and request from the general public; faxing and photocopying; preparing expense reports; and generally assist in program administration - Draft/edit routine correspondence and memoranda, send standard letters to interested parties - Assist in scheduling appointments and calls, arranges travel and meetings for staff, including coordinating with conference organisers - Organize logistics of meetings and workshops Skills Required - Excellent written, verbal, administrative, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills - Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel - Excellent listening and communication skills with sensitivity to cultural communication differences You will ideally have a Bachelor's degree and preferably have some experience within an NGO.
