An award winning contractor with a strong presence in the south west, and a wide range of projects under their belt across Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Defence sectors amongst others is looking to appoint a Site Manager. You would be managing a school refurbishment scheme to include structural/external works. Having worked recently on Education projects previously, you should have good contractual and commercial awareness and have excellent Health & Safety knowledge. You MUST have a valid enhanced CRB certificate. Client focused and motivated to deliver to client expectations, you will be a motivated people Manager, have a mix of trade and academic training behind you together with the necessary site qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS First Aid, Scaffold appreciation/inspection & Asbestos Awareness and ideally with PASMA).
