We require a website to be built to allow 2 different tools to be used: 1: Training Needs analysis (currently in existence as a snap survey questionnaire – this needs to form the basis of the information gathering process) 2: 360 degree appraisals (we have the framework of an access database that compares coach information with player information – if this is not the most effective way to analyse the data then an alternative solution needs to be offered) Requirements: · Hosted online system allowing remote access for coaches and players · Administrator rights to set up users, monitor information flow etc · TNA questionnaires need to be able to be sent to coaches, players, managers etc for them to complete anonymously and remotely and for the returned information to be collated centrally and presented in a range of formats (raw data, spider diagrams, graphs etc) · The system must be able to produce viewable results from individual returns and compare data between groups of returns (forming the 360 review process) · All information must be stored centrally and the functionality to access comparative data by date, by coach or by coach/player must be present FURTHER DATA AND FILES FOR PROJECT CAN BE SHARED VIA PM
