The Project Manager in this contract position provides end user and field technician scheduling coordination in support of a Windows 7 migration project. We need someone who is really strong with being able to communicate to end users over the phone (30+ user calls a day) to verify their contact/location information, deployment schedule times, etc. S/He will need to follow basic scripted procedures for each user call and for handling exception requests and escalating to the client. This candidate must be able to handle high volume call transactions and be efficient and disciplined enough to get the info they need and move to the next scheduling call.
