Job Responsibilities: - IMAC experience - Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and supporting desktop computer systems, hardware and peripherals - Management of support calls from clients, end-to-end, with complete follow-up - Management of local hardware (Blackberry's, Laptops, Printers, PC's, video-conferencing equipment, inventory etc.) - Updating and tracking all support calls; escalation to groups/teams, when necessary - Troubleshooting hardware/software issues - Documentation of findings Requirements: - MCP and/or MCSE and/or A+ - 1-3 years experience providing Desktop Support - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to provide on call support, when necessary Thank you in advance for your application.
