A position has opened as a Legal Secretary at a prominent UK charity based in Norwich while an employee is on maternity leave. The role will be responsible for providing legal administrative support to the charity's Legal Services Team. Responsibilities will include: - Providing full administrative support including taking telephone calls, data entry, note taking, diary management and the maintenance of client files - Carrying out statistical recording of all enquiries from the charity's network including franchised organisations and the Legal Services telephone consultancy - Acting as the main point of contact between Accounts and team to ensure that systems are in place to meet the Law Society Accounts - Other tasks as required such as the production of legal team publication and helping to set up and prepare for training events Applicants should meet the following requirements: - Experience working in an administrative role including audio and copy typing with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm - The ability manage time and resources effectively, establish priorities and develop clear and logical plans to achieve goals - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Skilled in developing effective working relationships and networks If you believe that you posses the relevant skills and experience to apply for this position, please send my your updated CV as soon as possible.
